    No doubt.. Go for Rostock.. one among the best in the world for naval architecture...

    Germany is best.. though talk wid your professor , they will be able to suggest more specifically. Moreover, Be sure about the topic u are intended to , and their(university) performance on that subjects.

    i dont know if there are any user from there, but i have a friend from that university doing Phd there. he told me its a good university too .. If u have any specific questions ,you can ask ... i will try to know it from my friend.

    University of Turkey is also among the topgun universities in EU. But, in the field of naval architecture, the contribution given out by the Rostock is incomparable with Lisbon and Turkey. I would strongly recommend the ROstock university. Go for it..

    YTU is not in the range of Delft or Rostock. I employ some of their alumni and can not recommend that uni.

    Another point are the living costs. Istanbul is more than twice as expensive as Rostock, but living in Germany is ten times better than in Turkey.

    Go for Rostock.

    I supposed that Rostock is a level above others, but I just wanted to know something about them ... Now I have a idea what's the situation ... Thanks.
