The Final Voyage

I remember an old movie called the Black Robe about a missionary in the pacific northwest. In the final end the natives put him in a small canoe wrapped in blankets and pine boughs and sent him on his way. The canoe even had those upswept high bows that make them so distinctive. Not a bad ride out of here, sure beats a dirt nap! Nice work. How bout a birch bark model?..............................peace...g
