I've been wandering about hull material for classes like upcoming(hopefully) Olympic 32 and classe 650, as i see it- at these sizes you are capable of building plywood hull that will be able to provide competition to similar sandwiched hull boats, is it right, or not and what should be the way to find out what will be mass efficient for building a hull

As I see it, a plywood hull will never be an advantageous competitor to a PRF hull, if the competition is to reduce weight. Maybe I'm wrong, am I?
The other issue, what do you call "mass efficient for building a hull"?

    More durability to set mass

The mass of the hull varies a lot with its material, but the relationship between the mass and its duration is not clear to me at all, as long as we are talking about the mass that results from correctly scantling the hull.

You need to provide the class rules for a definitive answer but it would take a lot of rules to eliminate the advantage that cored FRP has over ply. I have yet to see a plywood scow bow I liked. I looked up Olympic 32 and got a video touting sustainability with zero substance or explanation. Through the years some fine wooden open class boats have been built that never demonstrated winning abilities. With hull weight minimums wood gets interesting but it would take blatant penalties to make ply competitive.

This one looks better to me. Easier construction and better speed potential with C foils and fixed keel.
Floki 650. A prototype mini 6.50 greener and open to amateur construction (ouest-france.fr)
