Prindle hulls for building Strike 18 trimaran?

    wondering if anyone has used the Prindle hulls for building the Strike 18 tri? do they have enough buoyancy? I know they don't have dagger boards but are those needed on the trimaran?

    If you mean the Prindle 16 then yes, it's a popular choice. Some people sail without the optional daggerboard/centreboard but others have fitted it. Your choice. The drawings for both boards are on my website on the Plan Updates pages
