    In context of this post and the publisher it made me think of I think it would be a shame if this epic middle finger salute to the world wasn't called "Mostly Harmless".

    Perhaps while watching reruns of Doctor Dolittle. There is the Pushmi Pullyu, of course, but also William Shakespeare the Tenth, Prince of Sea Star island. It's not being built for Eddie Murphy, is it?
