I just bought a 1975 Mid Land 19 with a 1990 VRO evinrude 90 hp. The floor is soft and I can see that it looks like it had gas tank in the floor at one time. I’m looking for some guidance on how hard it is to replace the floor and maybe the stringers. I love lines of the boat and would like to make it look like new.

Further to Bluebell's welcome in your first post on another thread, where you mentioned your Mid Land 19, welcome again!

Re replacing the floor - that should be relatively straightforward (generally), depending on how much rot is in it - sounds like you will have to take the whole floor up?
Re replacing stringers, take the floor up first, and then see what they look like. Replacing them will probably be a tad more difficult for sure.
In the meantime could you post some photos of your new boat please?
And please also take (and post) some photos showing what is left after you take up the floor.

Nobody can tell you “how hard” the project will be, that depends on your abilities, Extent of damage, and/or your willingness to pay to get the job done.
Carefully weigh the cost of repairs against purchase price of a similar, but sound hull!
I’d start by cutting a large hole in the suspect area to start investigating extent of damage, and drill some cores from the stringers too.
