I am looking for suppliers in the field of towing tanks for my project. Currently designing a towing tank for a room, dimensions 38m x 3m x 4m (Length x Width x Height)

    Need some quotation for
    1)planar motion mechanism
    2)towing carriage
    3)water tank
    4)data acquisition system
    5)wave generator/absorber

Some specifications of products will help.

Need some help to find companies that sell these parts. :(

The tank is now finalized at 20m x 2m x 2m (Length x Width x Height). My team is going to implement resistance testing (and maybe seakeeping if the budget allows) for the tank and is in need of suppliers of the various parts mentioned but most of the companies provide testing services, not sellers.

    Same as my tank.

Then you clearly have not contacted the Wolfson Unit as I mentioned on your other thread.

If you had done so then Barry Deakin would have replied to you in a similar manner as another request some time ago:

I have contacted the Wolfson Unit 2 days ago and got no reply to my enquiries, thus I am looking for alternatives through this forum. I am also googling for other companies in the same field who can provide the right equipments for my project, most of them are large scale testing.

Just curious scientific (and excuse my ignorance), what tests are carried out in these tanks so narrow?. The waves produced by the model in its advance, not reflected in the side walls, interfering with the results?. Thank you.
