Looking for help fixing cracked PWC

I've got quite a deal here. The cracks are due to a lack of support in the hull design......with support problem fixed, how would you guys go about repairing this.

Gelcoated fiberglass body.

Doesn't seem to be too many fiberglass/ gelcoat experts on that forum, and i just wanna make sure I can fix this, and do so properly.

I want to get the repairs, gelcoated, then we were toying with the idea of painting the entire ski after the fiberglass and gelcoat is repaired. I'm hearing different opinions whether or not this is a good idea.

 

I would re-gell its not a big job on something small. Repair by grinding until the cracks are gone, build up the laminate to the same thickness with cloth and mat and epoxy. Spray gel thinned with duratec, then sand and polish
