Laser hull with twin canted daggerboards

I am retired with nothing to do so I bought an old Laser for $50. I put a canting mast on it, twin canted dagger boards, and twin canted rudders. I bought three old mahogany daggerboards and cut one in half for the two rudders. They are about the same size as a Laser daggerboard. I am having great fun testing the rig, but I am not an engineer, so its mostly by feel. I canted the boards and rudders so they are vertical at rail under heel,and set them about 2 degrees toe in. I can point well, yet wonder if I could take the electric planer to one side of the boards and or rudders to make them assemetrical for added lift. Is this an alchemist's fantasy?

 

Whats the point? your supposed to sail a laser flat or slightly heeled to windward anyway......

 

Im sorry, I wasn't clear. I do sail with the mast canted slightly to windward, and when I'm rail under, the boards are vertical and there is less wetted surface.
