I wanted to get some advise on spraying gelcoat webbing.

I have used in the past but have not been happy with the results
I used the percentage of webbing solution specified and mixed with colored gelcoat and sprayed with my gelcoat gun which has a 2.5 mm tip. I played with different air pressure settings and got mostly small thin strings and dots

How do you guys spray your webbing ?
percentage of webbing solution to gelcoat
    Spray gun settings
    Air pressure
    gun tip size

I am interested in getting a thick stringy pattern with a lot of texture but don't want to completely cover my base color I just want the accent of the webbing.

    Any Suggestions would be appreciated
