I have found a few, but not many (descent) tutorials for Freeship users, yet I still have these basic questions.

    1. When using Freeship (ver. 3.4) I can use the keel/rudder widget/wizard and create a 'part'. However when I 'send' it into my boat drawings there seems to be no way to move the apendage around. The X, Y co-ordinates are 'gray'd out'.
Is this ^ simply a matter of the fact that I am using the 'free' version and don't get the option unless I am using the paid version? Or perhaps I am missing simply missing something/a function ?

    2. I have seen other people do very nice radiused edges. How do you create a nice uniform radiused edge ?

    3. Sort of an expansion on question #2. Is there an automated way to take (for example) a curved cock pit seat and 'cleave off' a 45 degree angle ? I have tried the ultra laborous method of 'extruding' a surface and hand forming each control point. But this is very time consuming and hard to get 'pretty'/uniform angle bevels.

The move control should do it for you. Make the part a new layer, goto move , then deselect all but the part you want to move.
