Thats some "Selfie" Eirik. Shows you are not averse to danger.
Please don't overpower your boat.

    First test in water

First test with 20hp yamaha 1986
The boat ran better with two persons than just one. There was less porpoising with to persons. It pretty low, but that is as cool as impractical. Leaning towards keeping it low. I know im going to get it, so just give it to me. : )

The trim angle on the outboard is key to reducing the porpoising. Let the lower unit/propeller move forward a notch or two. If you already have it at the lowest position, then you may have to make a wedge shaped addition to the transom so that you can trim the nose down.

Normal transom angle is about 14 degrees which works out to about a one to four ratio. In this case, a little bit more angle may be appropriate. Experiment with the boat and you will be able to make it ride reasonably level.

    Nearing completion

    We are nearing completion.
Need to ad keel protector, buildt in gastank, and hinges fittings.
It has room for 3 persons, rather more suited for two.
Going to use it this summer, try to go on some fishing trips, rivers lakes etc.
