A 22 ft Fishing cat design

Hi Guy's,

I am Looking for plans for a 21 / 22 ft fishing cat. I have looked through the forums and found plans however not really what I am searching for. I am looking for a hull only that i can use to add to my projects in cad as I can only design basic stuff like consoles etc.

Could anyone point me in the right direction of where to get hold of a hull of this size for me to play with in cad? Here is a pic of the sort of hull I am looking at.

You mean you want lines drawings, not actual build plans ? What are you going to "play with" in CAD ? Not the lines of the hull ?

 

Walla, frankly, if your knowledge or your CAD tools only allow you to do things like consoles I do not understand what you can do with a 3D model of a catamaran. What you want to "play" exactly?

I am searching for something similar to that. I dont mind paying either for a basic offshore 22ft cat hull that i can learn from once imported into cad. I am a novice and am learning to design slowly so just something i want. The other two thank you for such positive answers you really helped

If you know of any others it would be great to know.

Mr Effeciency what I an searching for is a hull that I can import into rhino and slowly design around it.

 

Design what around it ? Can't you just use an existing design, or do you have some particular application in mind that requires a custom arrangement ?

I have a 3D model of catamaran but a larger than you want. However, you can always scale to the dimensions you need. What format you can read files?
