bob andrews: Bulk wood removal

Sharpened flat bar and chisel make quick work of the bulk of the wood. This is 2 layers of 1/2" with a bonded glass middle, like a sandwich. routing to with in 1/8 " of the inside allowed the 1" strips to give up easily.
