    Current Boats:
In the market for a used 11 to 12 meter ocean sailing cat
Got excited about multihulls back in the mid-'60s, was trained as a boat builder (molded glass, interior carpentry, plumbing, electrics, rigging and detailing) while working at Columbia Yacht Corporation, spent several years helping early builders of Jim Brown's SeaRunner tris to complete their projects and get them into the water.... then the draft got me.... Years later, in 1973, I moved to Tokyo, "just for 6 months", or so I thought! A long list of incredibly diverse professional endeavors followed.... extending my stay in Tokyo far beyond my wildest expectations! As luck would have it, I had the opportunity to ALSO be a boating world journalist, professional photographer, and skippered MacSnorter, a OSTAC Parallax 11 being used for demo

<<smile>> When you love what you do professionally as much as I do, answering that question is a real pinch!
