Would it be easier to glass the stringers in using 3 separate pieces and over lapping them. 2 on fillets and one over the top
Well only did like front 3 feet with fibers. Definitely be easier not using them.

Every video I watched for fillets added chopped strand. Thought it was importation to... :oops:

It's not sagging. The fiberglass scraps are all joining together makes it hard to try and use one huge string especially when trying to smooth it out
I'm having lots of trouble trying to get the fillet resin mixture to be reasonable useable. Is there any (maybe not so widely approved) other...
I guess chiseling was the wrong word... I can pry the tabbing off the hull with my nail bar and use the nail bar to pull tabbing off in one piece
Has anyone ever experienced the old tabbing being able to just be chiseled off? Not sure if it's normal but makes for a lot less grinding.

I got poly resin and 1708 cloth. It was my assumption that when making the fillet resin mixture that it needed to be the resin, hardener, cabosil...
So I need to order some- that's what you are saying? I guess I'm not sure of the difference between b using chopped glass and chopping my own.
Just realized I didn't order any chopped glass... is it logical to buy a repair kit and just cut the glass up to make the PB?
