Have a look at james bretts unicat design. Not 2m wide, but about 2.5 long, cat configuration, shallow v, not deep, turn into barge when loaded up.
jib sheeting the same on both tacks? My adjustments all float, so have to be careful to get setting right on both tacks.

I'd agree it has too much rocker. My GBE has too much rocker All the fast boats out there have very little rocker these days.
