    Although the Outter Banks 20 (http://www.bandbyachtdesigns.com/obx.htm ) is a little smaller it dose well with a more fuel friendly engine.

    That looks like a 20-30 hp johnson from the 60's to early 70's. The number on the disc is the serial number.
