With this boats layout, it could be organized a berth inside the pilothouse. it is enough to remove the front right seat and make a ledge of pilothouse on its area.

Cute little things. Don't understand the desire for a bunk on a little runabout but to each their own.

Tides out for another 6 hours, before you can get back to the dock.
Engine troubles at 5.30 pm on Friday, and you are 20 miles down the lake
Fish aren't biting, but the tide will change in 2 hours
Rescued a cute little thing on an inflatable mattress 3 miles out to sea, and you have to lay her down sheltered somewhere, and apply body warmth

    I'd better stop there

said convincingly. to apply body warmth can’t get by with one berth, there is no way out, will have to organize 2 ones.

Clark Mills aboard the Don L Heiser. Built from a Suncat hull. Used around the Clearwater Bay Marine Ways docks.

In the spirit of dogged one-upmanship as befits the Internet, I present -

"Tides out for another 6 hours, before you can get back to the dock.
So buy a 15 horsepower outboard instead of the 9.9, roll right on against the tide."

Modern outboards are more reliable and resilient than 99.9% of the geysers using them....

Upsell on a decent helm chair that reclines a bit.

Fair point, good to see we at least agree on the manatee women ;)

Tiny tugs are cute little things. Probably never build one as I'm more inclined to mini jet boats. But they are fun looking little craft.

    Oh I nearly forgot.

This guy built a "tug" in his backyard. Quite some ingenuity

Excellent graphics, however I get the impression that any berth in that wheelhouse is probably going to feel rather claustrophobic for the occupant.
