I read an announcement that Derek Kelsall has crossed the bar. When someone finds the obituary or announcement; it can be linked here.

I was sad to hear of Dereks passing. My son and i spent 3 days with him doing one of his KSS workshops in Tennessee almost a decade ago . Our goal was to gain hands on experience with resin infusion and this was a wonderful way to do so. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting around talking boats after the day's work was over. One of the greats.

    Hi Steve,
During your sessions with Derek, did you happen to take any pics or video of his KSS system? Please contact me if so at trimarandesign@earthlink.net.
    Thanks
    Mike

Rob Denny of HarryProa fame, spent a long time developing the KSS methodology.
He might be able to shed some more light on the topic.

Thanks for that. I had a couple of interesting "chats" with him over the years, and I enjoyed hearing about his design adventures.
