Can anybody tell me how can I perform the seakeeping analysis of trimaran hulls with non-zero forward speed?

Are you doing this via a CFD or tank testing?
Basically what are the motions when stationary in various sea states (waves and period).

Well, that is down to how you can produce RAOs in the software.
Since your period of encounter is the wave period.

Here is some general guidelines, including some CFD loops, depending on the type of code you are going to use.
I use particular systems, for their simple configuration in dynamical situation. But EF softwares, like openfoam and VOF code, can also be used.
