Threads are wore down with one bolt breaking off flush on fixed rear.

There all new and replaced. Everything looks fine. I just loosen them up a little to take some weight off the front of motor lifting it so I could spin the front mounts around to see if I could get the broken bolt out.

....which means that the original problem with rear rubbers not entering their seats correctly is solved I guess! Time for a little hoorayyy then......

Yep! So next if can’t get broken bolt out can I spin a little and drill two new holes on that one side. I wouldn’t be able to adjust left to right no?

Could I offset one front motor mount if I have problems removing the broken lag bolt drilling two new holes?

You can rotate it with no problem.

Do you recommend replacing with new? The boat is a 1993 and I order new one but weight nothing, $50 on Amazon and missing a rubber washer on bottom.
I think I would need to drill two new holes.

If you can get at it, you can always remove the bolt. There may be some damage in the wood, but that is why epoxy and cabosil were invented.

Ok I’m going to go find a larger T handle for the easy out bit. I borrowed two small ones and broke them both.

That's the spirit! And if all else fails, core it out, then rebuilt with epoxy and cabosil. Lots of fellows on here can tell you exactly how to do it.
On the easy out, my step dad had one the had a ⅜ socket end. Short extension and a ratchet, and voila. Although I don't know where he got that. Stepdads... can't live with them, can't shoot them.
