    If you are storing outside, rain is not your only problem. Please paint the boat or wrap it up good, otherwise UV will affect the epoxy and all the hard work was for nothing.

    I kept one hull outside this summer and had about 16 sqft unpainted and it needs a sandin.

    I hope you are using prewetted glass on prewetted wood, not trying to wet out in situ.

    The biggest problem I had isn't even the wet glass falling on my face. It's the way the biax distorts on the bias. I cut a piece 16 by 52. I went to put it up, and it had become 9 by 70.
