Wiki says that One-Design is a racing method which may be adopted in sports which use complex equipment, whereby all vehicles have identical or very similar designs or models. In motor racing, it is also known as one-make racing and spec racing.

So does it mean- i can get plans for building a boat somewhere or what? Im frustrated... yeah, i know that this is a stupid question, sorry for that.

It means everyone competing, is using identical boats. That way, the skill of the people involved in racing, is what is being tested, not the boats, they don't like giving gold medals at the Olympics in sailing, to inanimate objects !

Should be possible, you just need to settle on what particular boat class you are interested in.

I'm thinking about building a 50ft boat but at first I want to try myself on a smaller scale, so maybe 30footer

No it does not. You can get plans to one designs like a Snipe or an Optimist. However, you won't get plans for a Laser or Hobie Cat, which are one designs built by a single company or their subsidiaries. They only one design boats in that size range that are racing will be composite, which requires molds to build them. It will be cheaper to buy a new boat than to build it. Further, you will need to pay royalties to the designer or owner. Why do you want to build a one design?

because i understand that its too dumb to build 50footer without any experience and id like to find out if i capable to build at least small boat first and then move to something bigger.

    Let's start again Piro.
First decide what exactly you want from this boat - what do you want it to do for you?
Are you more interested in building a boat, rather than sailing it?
if the latter, what type of sailing will you be doing - coastal around St Petersburg, or across the Baltic, or across the Atlantic, or....?
If your main aim is to go sailing, then it will cost much less if you buy an existing second hand boat, rather than building a new boat yourself.

A 30 foot boat is not that small. It will be a large investment in time and money. I suppose that small is relative. Do you consider a couple of years and maybe 60,000 euros small?

some cruising\racing would be nice, also being able to live aboard at warm seasons
    somewhere 40 to 60
depends, im hoping to reach Spain
the thing is i have a place with a really low cost and most of needed instruments, so I hope to cut some expenses on this.
not small but acceptable money-wise and I'm planning to take a year off from my job for it.
