Looks brilliant Does the Polyurea just stick to the previous paint or did you sand it?

it was much brighter than its old blue color. yes, we sanded the polyurea fine. then we painted it. industrial paint. We applied matt white to it.

 

Steel is made with carbon, and carbon eats aluminium.

That is why when building in aluminium, and steel work must be far away from the aluminium to prevent any small fine dust from the steel settling on any exposed aluminium surface. It is the initiation of corrosion.
It is why common practice is to have such sites in a different shed altogether!
