wood-free strip-plank?

    I wonder how that bloke got on, that was going to make a hull out of HDPE, by getting the sheets hot in an oven of some kind, and drape it a complex shape framework. Hopefully he had a nightmare about it, and quit the idea !

    Why would you hope anyone would fail trying a new method of hull construction?

    Nope, I didn't hope he'd fail at all, I hoped he'd not fail, by giving up before attempting, what seemed impossible to accomplish, at least for a home build.
