Unable to post photos on here and unwilling to try yet again, sorry.
A naval architect designed the hull and I built a railroad caboose re-creation on top.
Yellow cedar windows and doors, red cedar t&g vertical siding.
    It's a 6-knot, fairweather sailer.

B5, a ring frame. Leaning against B6 and Transom.

Small steps, I know. I work for crumbs.

Those sections are drawn from the offsets. They look like nothing much, but they are hundreds of hours of research and study. Bought other complete building plans. Days in the shop with splines, a tape, and a calculator for the trigonometry.

I appreciate your confidence, Mr Efficiency. I’d be well pleased to have all the bulkheads, ring frames, and temporary OSB sections built and aligned on the strong back by Christmas. I lose the shop August 31. So it needs to be able to stand the rain by then.

I am not convinced that the line of the chine is correct. What do you think?

I’m in the shop again today. I’ll check it. It may be an error transferring the lines. Or a tracing error. I’d drawn the sections using a sharp pencil, but they were invisible in photographs, so I went over them with a black marker yesterday so that they could be seen. I may have been careless at that stage. Thanks for spotting that TANSL.

I believe they are correct, but that's not an overly educated comment.
It makes sense to me, dropping towards the stern.

I see a slight inflection about 40% of the way up TANSL’s red line, on the outside chine. That may or may not be a problem, when I’m bending strip planks.

I don't know any more information about the hull of your oat but, believe me, that inflection in the line of the chine cannot be good. Although the ship is really like that, it can represent a problem not only from the constructive point of view but from the hydrodynamic viewpoint. And, above all, it is very easy to correct it.

image.jpg Good eyes TANSL. A perfectly straight line from the corner of the transom to the point on S1 at 10% loa where the non tripping chine ends, is only 6mm at worst from the line I derived from research and the splined profile. So I am not embarrassed. Not doing bad for a guy who hasn’t lofted since 1992. I’ve marked both my bad line, and the straight line. It is denoted with arrows.

It does not have to be a straight line, it is enough that it is a smooth spline without abrupt points (I don't know how to say it in English). On the other hand, the work you are doing is very meritorious and meticulous. Congratulations and good luck with the project.

I will be grateful for all comments and advice, from anyone. I'm too old and bloodied to be crippled by ego.

Your kind words have made my day sir.

And when it's in the water, and we know how it handles, I'll be pleased to share offsets. If it's worth following.
