Do you have any drawing you can show ? Not quite getting the gist of it from those pictures.

You should be able to view the complete drawings by going to the USPTO, Patent Number 5038696.

My Naval Architect was Tom Fexas.

I did go there, but somehow missed the drawings ?
EDIT: tries a different browser, and voila !
I did build a boat somewhat similar to that many years ago, it had a tendency to weave in beam seas, I made modifications, but never quite eliminated the annoying tendency. The ride was superb, as good as any planing boat of the size I have ever ridden in.

We didn’t have any issues with a beam sea.
We also blew the numbers off the test tank.
If you ever want to talk let me know?

What are the advantageous/dis of this hull form versus a regular catamaran?

The Navy built a 120ft. but it is classified.

From all the tests the ”Hull” works very well.
The speeds tested a 120’ exceeded 100 knots.

    Recommended minimum length 50’+

There were a few advantages as the “Bow” is always “Cutting” and the “Rearward Hulls” ie; ”Cat Aft” are providing ”Stability” with the “Tunnel” providing “Lift”.
