To not get more nauseated with the "super ellipse and hypersurfaces" and going back to your original question "Do single hypersurface equation make me boat designer?", the answer is clear and concise: NO. It takes a lot of hyper ellipses (whatever that means to you) and many other things, to become a boat designer.
Perhaps knowing a lot about hypersurfaces (whatever that means to you) we could consider someone as a good mathematician but not as a designer of anything.

This thread has gone pear-shaped. Is that covered by a formula ?

Yes, of course, but a hyper formula with a little, though very little, of hyper ellipse.

You said, "Now is it possible to design a boat, stabile boat with single equation."

I believe what was requested was an example of a hull form designed using a single equation. Understanding a super ellipse and designing an entire boat hull are two entirely different things until you can provide a set of offsets for a hull derived from a single equation. Can your theory be put into practical terms? Give some consideration to what materials will be used to build this hull.

I can design a hull form defined from only a single equation!

It's a coracle, using the equation of a sphere. Sadly I would require an additional equation to define a gunwale (perhaps a plane) so it will have to be a full sphere with the user sitting inside. Might be a little difficult to paddle...

Actually, with Boolean math you can modify simple shapes in complex ways.

You'll be a nerd but it can be done.

You are heading in the direction of understanding design .If you take a sphere which can be defined on 3 axis with the theory from Mr Pythagorus
and flatten, distort etc you could quite possibly have something that resembles a hull .But lets not be limited by a single formula .As Tansl has said
a hull is made up of different patches . So we have learnt over the years the parameters of hulls which is part science part artistic flair which then is defined
in a mathmatical way .A number of years a go A simple mathmatical table of offsets was posted that was the usual way of expressing a hull before computers
It had every one in a flurry .So I just plugged the figures into freeship and hey presto a boat . Now the table of offsets was a mathmatical formula. But not anyone
can convert those into a shape .So with our poster understanding how to create one surface form doesnt make one a boat designer

Google is as much a source of nonsense as of valid information. It will not do the thinking for you.

If I throw something in the water and it floats, does that make me a boat builder?

.... not even if it looks like a boat.

Well, how about if I name my boat INDUSTRY, does that make me a captain of industry? Just asking for a friend.

I think that it is possible to create an equation to generate one type of boat.

Creating a new equation is not easy, now, using an existing type of equation, to define a boat is another question. Although I am convinced that it is not worth trying. Unless, of course, the boat is a sphere, an ellipsoid or a paraboloid.

The current trend in the Industries in strong relation with fluid dynamics (planes, cars, ,,,) is to develop Artificial Intelligence tool to go faster towards the optimal shape due to given constraints, and to avoid as much as possible the numerous re runs each time an engineer / (a naval architect) wants to change the shape. At least the research is active in this domain, here is a paper representative of this trend : https://arxiv.org/pdf/1802.04016.pdf
