The steel bottom of this "woonark" (= Dutch for: a stationary houseboat) was getting old and needed too much maintenance, so they putting it in/on a maintenance free concrete pontoon.

thanks for the information, I will use this and see if I can incorporate it into my design. Luckily school is cancelled today due to snow so I have one last day haha

 

hhaha I know it seems vague but theres too many factors limiting my project if I use sustainability, availability and cost of materials. So I decided to have an open budget. My project is expensive anyway as im using glass and materials, which includes Pilkington glass films and I hoping to use porcelanosa krion (plastic) for a majority of my buildings exterior
