We are trying to find good engines for Colombia. Most fuel injected engines can only take RON 91
Any suggestions please? Evinrude, Mercury, Suzuki?

They are rated to 87 octane, which is available in Colombia. They also sell 92 octane if you want to pay extra.

Wouldn't it be easier to just treat the gas

If it is a military outboard, it will be multi-fuel so you won't have a problem
