    Thank you

I do thank people who see and think beyond others, respectful and trusting but not in naive ways. True, we are not here in English class, and English has its limitations as to natural human logic and facts of life (It can not properly write the names of people or places in our world, and/or translate full cultural values of other languages, and not only leads to spelling and comprehension mistakes +++ other limitations) and even where I write that I have a DISCOVERY BASED INVENTION people do not seem to realize the facts of the discovery in the resulted inventions, apart from innovations of my own yet new inventions...

I do thank you, my defender and all others who hope some day it all will come to light and be published for discussions and learning but mostly that members can upgrade theirs boats with my proposed PowerFINS product-line or buy new boats with the Superior-Hulls design. It all depends on the first major manufacturer and F1 racing who will help me be free to share what we have and can offer for all International Mariners.

Please note: I have a commitment from an Israeli manufacturer to install a set of fins on a yet new 85 feet demonstrator of theirs to meet the water sometime in 2017.

    Proficiency

Long ago I have noticed Proficiency is needed when one develops a yet new art.

While my interest is in making boats fly and ships surf, this discussion also has entered the problems within the Patent System, Inventors/Innovators and the need to protect a new art and the investment in it.

When I write about the wisdom I employ, all of these are included, but because we are employing a forum format and not a networking meeting, the short explanation from my wisdom is that yet new art needs to be protected as it is not understood by its secrets. Because of the real modern corporate market practices and shifting cataclysmic global economy, what we call "Swimming in shark eating sharks water" Trade-Secrets better not be patented and only the resulted innovated designs and products, and for stronger results the principal(s) of the new art, like the discovery and its new original approach.

For example, it may look simple to copy my FINS but not to understand what the invention is - which can lead to others doing the same with very dangerous results that farther can put the whole technology in the wrong light as "dangerous", just because of the irresponsible acts of some intellectual pirates who do not respect or want to pay for the needed consulting or help from the owners of the know-how.

    Flying Boats

It was and is about advanced manufacturing of Flying-Boats and granting existing boats the additional lifting and flying capabilities by a yet new design which is based on yet new discovery, its resulted invention and innovated products line.

Others, have made comments about the patent system, inventors, me and my English...

You can solve all the confusion by posting the number of your patent application.

Yeah, this is the crux of this poster, nothing significant, just vague references and innuendo about flying boats, yet the only video I've seen is a porposing boat, nothing flying, just a way out CG (likely). If this "product" has been available since the mid 70's, obviously he hasn't any real interest in getting it to market. If a manufacturer is building a 85' yacht, than the information about these "innovations" should already be protected and available. Let me guess, you will not disclose the name of this manufacture, right? I can't imagine any company taking a risk on a design parameter, without substantial and independent qualification and testing. Hell, it would need class approval in this size, so clearly someone other than you, has reviewed this whatever it is, so what's the problem - you just like to bait the community with a "wardrobe malfunction", but can't bring yourself for a full frontal centerspread? Please, offer something more than innuendo and tidbits or expect even more condemnation about your "innovation". Simply put, you've been crying "wolf" for so long that no one can take you seriously. Either put up or shut up.

    1st not to publish

When I write I am also "1st not to publish" that means the patent was not published and the application is on record at the patent office and with me - this is part of the advanced wisdom of pre-patent registration as proof of 1st to invent and 1st to file plus 1st not to publish = granting me the option to re-apply or apply for a new patent, for the new full term of protection.

As a none believer, all your wisdom and know-how stay yours and of others who will be fooled by your thinking and reasoning - but as time will show and tell, it will be me who will demonstrate the truth and facts in my words and others thinking like you will stay fooled by theirs own mistrust and negative thinking they hold so dearly. Sorry you can not trust and handle wisdom you do not yet understand or know about - but you are welcomed to challenge the wisdom I employ, not the facts and truth I have been sharing with readers and members of this respectful forum.

I'm not a "non belieber", just someone that hasn't seen anything remotely resembling an innovation, nor any reasonable description of what you're attempting to market. It not a mater of trust, because you've provided nothing to have any faith in. Again, this is the basic problem I have with you suggestions and claims. Simply put, we c an wait until the marketing on your in process 85' comes out and if this "product" or "innovation" is worth anything at all the manufacture will gladly promote it and the world will know, in spite of your decades long effort to hide it. As to the "facts and wisdom" you've shared on the forum, I haven't seen any of this either. Just continuous bluff, bluster, innuendo and hinting, but certainly no facts, no data, no testing, no specifications and positively no truth about whatever this gadget might be.

All I've seen is a single (really poor quality) video of a boat "driving over center" and popping out like a PWC in a heavy chop. I would say, I'm pretty much in the same boat as any potential investor and need to be convinced, before making any assessment of the viability of the product, which of course you haven't yet provided. I have a buddy that lives in Israel and I've contacted him to look into new 85' builds, as there's a pretty limited range of builders for this venture. I'll bet I find out about your "innovation" before the manufacture starts its promotion campaign on the completed yacht, at which time I present it's details here, so the rest of can betake of your wisdom. I mean, how many 85' new yacht builds are installing fins and would this be a difficult thing to find? At the very least, some time in 2017, your kitty will be out of the womb and "in the fan" so to speak, so why all the hocus pocus about an obvious eventuality?

    None believer

    Dear Mariner:
Reading your last and previous conversations, you are "A None Believer" who keeps challenging what I write and claim in my invitation for the needed commercial partner my project calls for.
It is OK for you to find out the manufacturer I am writing about, but it is too soon for me to mention what we plan to do, till after we shall do it and see the results on an 85 foot craft, and not just the 6' 12' and 21' already tested outside from a tow-tank which professionals are interested in.

Because we are looking at a yet new science where advanced R&D is called for - even if I have the basic facts of safe beneficial use/installations - this next initiative will be a big step forward for the invention, but as to smaller boats, my project is ready for the trusting capable investor/partner needed for the initial introduction and protection from improper reverse-engineering by copy-cats or simple pirates, mostly as there is specialized knowledge related to properly engineered and licence3d installations on any class of boats one wishes to upgrade, so to gain the listed commercial benefits of the invention.

There is no such thing as a patent not being published. If you filed it automatically gets published. The more I read, the more it shows that none of the claims are true. This is not a religious website where "non-believer" is an insult. In engineering and science, skepticism is an asset. Show relevant data, or accept being called a charlatan.

Would it be impossible not to vilify this man?.I think you have said enough about him. Gonzo, I think it is not possible for you to know what is, or what is not, an "asset" in the field of "engineering and science." I would recommend you to be a little more cautious, and less derogatory, when you think about other people, but I will not because I would be impolite.

TANSL, no one is trying to vilify this fellow, but he sure is trying to make it look like he's a victim, with his descriptions of the industry being unwilling to accept his invention. Of course an 85' yacht is currently being built, which suggests at least someone was more than as he describes the industry. This poster has done nothing but bait this community, with comments like "hey, I have this great idea, but for security reasons, I can't tell you what it is", begging the question, well why did you mention it in the first place.

This is a public forum, meaning you are literally publishing what you might have to say, the moment your make a post. If this includes new and innovative ideas, it's only understandable for the people here, to ask what it is and if the poster just teases with innuendo and cloaked suggestions, well most including me, find it a bit absurd that he's bothered to post anything at all. Simply put, if he wasn't ready to go public with his invention (for whatever reason) why has he continued (for many years) to try to promote and entice investors and other interested parties?

I do not know what the reasons are for this man to act as he does. As you well say, this forum is free and anyone can say whatever he wants, if certain lines are not exceeded. I am the first to say if something seems stupid to me.
That said, you'll agree with me that say "hey, I have this great idea but for security reasons, I can not tell you what it is" is less offensive than to call "charlatan" a person.
