I'm working on this as my main project after the design is firgured out Ill start building it first sense I'm new to the ocean boats I just moved to Hawaii I want to know what materials and what kind of boat design. To use but I want it to be about 75 feet long because there more spots at my prefured Marina for those kind of boats

Sense Im almost compeletly new. At this ill let the boat design community work out the details for me
First off where should I start material, engergy genarato, style of boat the only thing that I know I want is the type of engine I would use that will be the hydrogen jet turbine I've already making slatternly version of the one I use on my RC planes

    Put in your thoughts

Maybe you should focus your energy on one well written post. First of all, write the requirements the vessel should fulfill.

Something this size, meant to carry more than a half dozen passengers, or used for a commercial purpose, is not a good fit for a crowd sourced design. A design specific to your requirements and done professionally would be called for. This is not only because of liability and insurance reasons, but more the advantage to you within the budget needed to build a boat over 50'.

1.) Start with a detailed list of requirements.

2.) Evaluate if any current boats can supply many of these.

3.) Do a preliminary budget and evaluate where your finances are.

I feel a disturbance in the Force, as if another Train Submarine is about to appear.

You will have an extremely hard times trying to convince the Classification Society to accept that one.

He'll discover the law of mechanical similitude bursting his bubble soon enough, once he attempts to upscale this turbine.

Oooo! That's ambitious. Trying to get this vessel classed.

A large boat with an experimental source of propulsion designed by an internet community/committee for a self proclaimed millionaire with an engineering degree from a prestigious university who can't cogently articulate his requirements.

    What could go wrong?

    Yup. Because this:
is a description of a passenger ship. Thus, it will have to be surveyed and certificated. ;)
And, quite frankly, I don't believe any Class society would allow this:
especially when they find out this:
    ;)

Slatternly: of, relating to, or characteristic of a s1ut or prostitute. What kind of turbine is that?

He's looking to build a hydrogen gas turbine and some effort in this has been recently explored, but typically for efficiency improvements in coal fired power generation. Several governments are offering incentives to develop this technology, but it's way out there at the moment. Benefits are obvious, but competitiveness (comparatively) is yet to been realized.

I think the OP has realized he needs to do some serious research and is off on a Google escapade, maybe looking at used 80'ers to convert into dronecraft carriers, possibly with a Tiki hut and open bar at the aft weather deck, to accommodate the guests..
