    Drinking whine after capsizing...

At least the team has a good sense of humour and positive thinking: "Having capsized we made pasta with a good sause and oppened a bottle of wine." :D

Typically French... even on racing boats they love to enjoy delicious food, e.g. Loick Peyron is doing on his maxi trimaran during circumnavigation. Not just dried food with hot water. :)

Is the plastic gargabe of the boat drifting in the ocean ???

In the latest video the project manager being interviewed about the capsizing we see all the "plastic garbage" under the boat, e.g. "plastic sails", "plastic sheets" and carbon mast/beam or even carbon hull/outriggers... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4qugCaZCZ8

Carbon cannot be recycled, we all know this. A boat which is on such a mission shouldnt be built of such materials in my understanding.

I wonder what happened with all the trash after capsizing ? Did they just cut it off and then let sink it and drift all these parts now in the ocean ?

Its like the scandals with leakages on oil drilling platforms, oil tanker collissions etc. ... So long nothing happens, all is fine. As soon a catastrophy takes place, it becomes clear that nobody has a real emergency plan in the pocket and mother nature must pay the prize.
