    Buc 24 test mule

    For those interested
Geoff is finalising the foam glass carbon beams plans for the Buccaneer 24 test mule today as in the rough graphic attached, Note these are not suitable for the Standard Buccaneer 24'.

The Buccaneer 24' upgrade beams can have the table of offsets emailed out to all our plan purchasers who wish to receive them. One can then build to Sams build schedule if one wished to build Sams tried and tested beams as he used on the Green death trap.
Geoff has prepared the table of offsets (from the file Sam posted on here somewhere) to make it easier to plot for the home builder of the stock Buccaneer 24'.

Sams build schedule can also be found on here somewhere.

FB page and website are down as Brooke is rebuilding both with loads of fresh information following the sale of Ezifold Yachts.

    Regards
    Craig and the Ezifold Team

In a new build not alot of work. Sam explains it well in his posts.
I am in Auckland on business, Geoff has meetings so will have Brooke send you the write up from Sam when I return to office Wednesday next week if you would like.

Today Geoff completed our Buc 24' test mule beams.
First shot is of cowling attachment details, second is general cross section with bolting detailing, 25 sheets all up with some of these containing 5 sub sheets so Geoff has captured every detail of Craig's plans in Cad, 3d shots and dxf files for cut files also generated.
    Building starts.
I will keep updates coming when the guys have progressed the build.
If you would like further information just email.

No folders are last, these are the Buc 24' test mule.
Next are the Buc 24' update beam plans for the home build plan set.

We have a set of folders in prototype phase but these are under wraps.

    Regards
    Brooke and team Ezifold.

You already have, Sams tried and proven beams, Geoff simply documented the offsets and Sams build instructions so nothing more than a collection of the proven!

I'm excited! Going to spend the day tomorrow laminating the exterior of my floats. When it's shiny I'll really be able to tell if I did a good job. Hopefully the hulls won't be too wavy down the sides. I'll post photos tomorrow.

    OS7 as Craig promised.
Here is what Geoff has been working on for the Buc 24' upgrade plans beams from Sams original file attached then hopefully the xls off sets will attach.https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_cBpT3BJpSScWY2WTJtZ2o3X00/edit?usp=docslist_api
We will have it all in the original plan sets that go out in future sales.
And for those who have already purchased plans then just email me on admin@ezifoldyachts.com and I will get the updates to you as Craig and Geoff finish them.

    Happy Easter everyone
    Regards
    Brooke and team Ezifold
