Are you looking for more aggrieved parties, so you can launch a joint legal action ?

I bet your layers are rubbing their hands in anticipation of big bucks coming their way.
Proving any novel or new design or patent you may have is going to be fun.
But if you are in business a fight may be fruitful and necessary, but often just a frustrating waste of money and time.

Yes, the lawyers dream of this stuff, an international patent conflict.
I looked at the various sites you posted and can't really tell what you would be able to sue about, it's sort of confusing, being in a foreign language. The 4 images posted are yours?' and they are being copied or something?
It mostly looks like conceptual drawings that no one is actually building. ??

Yes we have valid design patent for the first design, in Russia.

P.S. And in Thailand as well.

Images 1 and 3 are copies of our designs shown on images 2 and video 4.

I am not sure what You mean, our 'conceptual drawings' have been built, see here - ASV1500 and CPCK1200 designs. The guys who are offering copies likely had access to GA drawings of our boats, because they supplied propulsion systems and some equipment for those boats.

You never know, a beautifully worded, but sternly threatening letter from the lawyers to "cease and desist" may have the desired effect. But the lawyers would likely prefer it didn't !

Use watermarks on any picture your website shows. It cannot prevent theft of ideas, but at least makes copying pictures less attractive.

This company is equipment supplier and also claim to have design office. What they do is they take some design documentation, and then re-paint the pictures and present is as their designs... They will get 'good' name in the industry for such practice. All designers should be warned to work with these guys.

    Alik,

Do they have the: Lines Plan, weight estimate, resistance and powering, midship sections, and stability book, for these designs of yours?
