Anyone recognizes this sailboat?

Last weekend I was in Rovinj (Croatia) and there I saw this classic sailboat moored in the local marina. See the attached photos. She is really an eye-catcher among the rest of ordinary white grp yachts.

Do any of you guys recognize what type of the boat is that, or what class? At first I thought it was a skerry cruiser, but it looks too big and the bow overhang is not so pronounced in this one. Also, please notice that there are 3 winches on each side of the cockpit plus 2 on the deckhouse, never seen so many on a skerry.

Her length is approximately around 16-20 meters (50-65 ft), can't give a more precise number because I didn't have any nearby visual reference points to compare it to. A 10 or 12-meter international class, perhaps?

    Cheers

Kind of reminds me of "Rumbleseat", one of Bruce Schwab's pre Ocean Planet boats. She was a 6m IIRC.

Don't know, Tad... I have seen pictures of skerry cruisers and they all have VERY long overhangs, both at the bow and at the stern. For example:

Now compare it to the stem of the boat in the OP:
    Bow.jpg
    - it does not look nearly as raked, which I find odd. I will read the skerry class rule (http://www.sskf.se/regeln/SK_RULE_EN_2005_1.pdf) and try to understand where do the long overhangs come from, but I would find strange such a marked difference, if the boats belong to the same class. But perhaps I am just over-thinking it. After all, there are not many classes which a boat of this shape could belong to, and I guess that the Square Meter class is the one which counts the biggest number of boats.

    Cheers

No, I don't know either, I'm just guessing. The stern of your photo subject is very strange looking and the bulwark is clumsy at best. Perhaps it's a "sort of" skerry......;)

She seems close in proportion and arrangement to the 75 sq m in the top drawing below. The extreme overhang forward is apparent, but trim her down by the bow much and her looks will change.

But the Square Metre rule was open to interpretation, and Bacchant, another 75 sq metre, has a very different bow profile. Certainly fashion (rather than mathematical formula) had as much or more to do with theses shapes.

Here's Bacchant's cockpit, 3 winches each side. The dual tillers are because she had a spade rudder added, and the original rudder became a trim tab.

Yeah, Bacchant looks pretty similar to the boat in the OP, and the size looks pretty much the same. Perhaps you have nailed it Tad. :)
