Very interesting! What's your thoughts on the topic of tracking while foiling? What have you seen with your testing?

Coincidentally, I just watched a lecture video on the evolution of Team NZ foils. It's semi technical, but an interesting video if you have the time.

Most foilers track very well including mine. The SL 33 does not really compare with boats like the GC32 or Flying Phantom in terms of foiling. The 32 flies much higher and drier and faster and from the video almost never "settles down" while tracking perfectly.(see the thread) The frequency of rake adjustment on the SL 33 is , apparently, much higher than on the GC 32 or Phantom which change rake settings infrequently. And there is know rake adjustment needed on my ama foils (so far) on the test model-it is not even equipped with a way to adjust the ama foils while sailing. The reduction in frequency of adjustment is in the foil design and apparently, the SL 33 uses an older version of the UptiP foils.
