"All the OP needs is..." is also your issue, not the OPs. The OP clearly stated what he wants, and that is quite different from what you want for him.

    My points stand.

The OP doesn't know what he want's except that it'd like to try to scale the brochure drawing up to a size his architect's rule will work. Of course, this isn't a set of plans, but the Op has indicated he owns (or may wish to own) a Sandpiper 32 and wants to convert her back to the cat ketch (possibly a cat schooner) of the original Monroe like design, of which she is a descendant. As far as your useful participation here Jammer, other then to find flaws in other members posts, is dubious at best.

    Dear Jammer Six,
    Thanks for the support!
At last in this forum unpleasant buzzing mentally burdened people from one think logically person has been stopped.
In effect this thread has appeared major failure if to believe words PAR that there is in cash a package of drawings and schemes of this yacht.
Except for that this forum has appeared too vulgar. Here there is no exchange of designs and there are no professionally responsible expressions. There is no tolerance to another's thinking, there is no collective respect.
This forum is not a place for creative contacts!

Then may I suggest you contact Ed Dubois or Bill Dixon or Bruce Farr or Nigel Irens and ask them for their designs to exchange with yours.

Then let us know how you get on. As I'm sure you'll be more than happy to exchange them with other members on the forum just as you seek.

No...this forum, like most on the internet, is not for megalomaniacs.

That is the most revealing thing you've said. It dovetails perfectly with everything else you've "added".

    Dear Tansl,
Now you began to speak in plural on behalf of all readers of the forum.
And who has given you this right?
In old times only the King spoke so:
„ We, Our Majesty King of Spain, have decided…….„
Thanks God that you are not King!
It seems to me that you are occupied too much from the analysis with my person, than really to help this sandpiper32.
I till now have not seen anything interpreted in a volume that you have written, which can help this yachtsman.

It will be better instead of me if you analyse yourself. Then you learn how much little you know. Whether it is necessary to remind that you knew nothing about the method of usage of the image in computer programs and in particular in programs Delftship.

Rabah, you are taking this format much to seriously, thinking some comments might be personal assaults when in fact, they are merely observations of work presented and in lack of your prior contributions to fall back on, in regard to what type of person and professional you might be, only your attitude remains. Simply put, you have "no standing", other then the possible misinterpretation, of some nearly anonymous online comments. My suggestion is for you to develop a thicker epidermis and generate some presence in this format, before making grandiose judgments, about others than may have participated here for a decade or more. I too like TANSL, think there is a translation issue at work here. Your comments for the most part are difficult to understand, which just leads to more confusion and more misinterpreted posts.

As to Jammer, it's obvious he's decided to focus on me for some reason, which I think he'll find less that satisfying in the long run. He's not provided any meaningful contributions thus far, in his two months of membership, which is likely indicative of particular personality type. Maybe he can justify his apparent trollishness with some sensible explanation, of this current avenue pursuit, as the last comment of mine he quoted was entirely accurate. There may be some debate as to what he (the OP) needs or wants; a new rig, a conversion, full plan set, modification to a production boat his buying or in interested in buying, etc., but his intentions are fairly clear. Back to Jammer, well these members have a tendency to "sort themselves out" in time, either by other members or with forced moderation.

The guy clearly states that he owns the boat in the brochure. What?
I'm I missing something here? How about a tape measure?
Then just find the ratio, if that is even necessary.
Oh, how about calling the manufacturer,
or do a take off of the lines?

    Frankly, two many questions.

Frank Smith, yes we are probably missing something in this whole muddled affair. Because, if the OP has the boat, why does he want to scale plan in the brochure?. This is hes original question.
Suffice, as you say, to take measures with a tape and draw the drawing he needs.
Sandpiper 32, please, some clarification. Long ago, you do not participate in this discussion (probably because you do not worth doing)

sandpiper 32, the original poster, explained in post #36 why he is interested in scaling the brochure drawing:
So his boat does not have the original rig to measure. My guess is he does not know of any near-by boats Sandpiper 32's with the original rig.

Apparently he wants is to get the drawing of mast, rigging and sails. But, why not do what frank smith says?

Measure another boat? Perhaps there is not another boat available for him to measure.
