Only to answer your doubt:

All I have are posted pictures. I no have plans or even lines.

I found plans for a boats equal to this, but costing up to $ 30,000 and this amount I can build much of the boat.

To build it I count on people who build great houses of wood or composites and I can trust to build the structure of the deck and cabin, but not the lines of the hull.

With these lines and using methods such as strip-planking or even stitch and glue, if possible, I can build the two hulls and rely on the experience these people in structures
to unite them with a good deck and cabin. Under the simple supervision a naval technician (not an engineer), they have built boats to carry up to 150 passengers.

In my country, laws and taxes are too harsh for large shipyards, but if you builds what they term as "Handmade construction," can prove with pictures made during construction
and meets safety standards, everything is simpler. They will only inspect the boat to determine the maximum number of persons or weight that you can carry. The fees are minimal
for this type of vessel that is limited to 100 ft. Above that, only shipyards can build.

Thereupon all I need are lines for a single hull exactly equal the image (demolded boat) and that is not multi, rond or soft, but "hard chine vee botton hull" and that, as I made clear in
this post and other whose link was released here, I intend pay for it.

Seems to me the summation so far is if you have to carry a load of 7 tons at greater than 20 knots, you will need a boat somewhat larger than 30 feet, and you are getting into big $ territory, where cost of plans will be a small single digit % of the final cost.

It is not the model I want, and you are right to say that "the sauce may end up costing more expensive than the fish", but see that it is totally possible for a 30 ft catamaran carrying 7 tons in cruising speed of 20 kts.

We probably have different interpretations of the words "efficient" and "economic". I also note that the Lightship Displ is 7T, not the loaded displ. You want 7T loading capacity, which would make that model 14T disp, which would significantly change the top speed

It is true that we disagree on some points of view, but you must be right. It is the expert here. Anyway, I completely abandoned this project and we should not waste our precious time with him.
