    Found this kind of interesting, both from the good sailing video (and particularly the multihulls), and the fact that is was shot from a drone.

    great shots, far less costly than using a helicopter for hire. they must have great confidence in the reliability of their drone, one malfunction in any part of the complex operating system and they lose it.

    How much does a drone rig cost to get this quality? Very steady and high quality footage. Must have a good gyro stabilizer to be so smooth.

    I've seen a drone made of foam. It was so light that it would float.

    Some of my favourite quadcopter footage below. Some slightly tenuously boat related! Some debate about the responsibility of flying over people on the Blackpool front footage, IMO, but a great film nevertheless.
