chine too high?

    There is no such thing as a perfect design.

    There is no such thing as a perfect material.

    Sooner rather than later, Tug, you've either got to shut up or *do* it.

    If you'd bought a set of Benford plans years ago when you first started posting here, you'd have forgotten the cost by now and you'd have the hull *done*.

    1. I like mine better than Benford's....end of story...it is not perfect but it is mine.

    2. Im doing it now...
    - have two frames done as of today and the strongback up ...two more tomorrow...
    ill post them if you like?
    got that engine I was telling you about with the CPP...im set.
    just a matter of time now.

    btw when r you launching?

    which plans? would that have been the cored hull or the steel one? he has quite a few tug designs... did you read my comments on his designs?...
    got name for your boat yet. Or did you tell me that?

    its getting done as we speak in fact im about to head out and do a couple more frames.
    done!~ almost...:D have now many frames and strongback- tugboat engine (petter 20 hp @1500 rpms 2:1 gear.) This engine is NOT a standard 20 hp- its a workhorse!. has a huge flywheel- and pushed a 34 ft boat with a 24 inch prop using a 1:1 gear.

    the hull might be plated up just after c-mas, have the money- but the weather slows it down. three feet of snow likely. if I can handle the weather...it will be done by spring. (The hull at least).

    it finally getting done..
