The Marketplace Forums can be useful for members who know one another well from forum discussions and offline communications and wish to post boatbuilding tools, drafting tools, molds and tooling, and other professional equipment for sale or trade. However, caution and good judgement should always be used. Especially when considering any business with anyone not already well known to you and trusted, due diligence must be used to confirm details and identity and be sure the transaction is safe before any money or property changes hands. Always use good judgement and perform due dilligence and follow these guidelines.

Can't bring up the website either.
I found the company on facebook though https://www.facebook.com/KoalaMarineGPS
You should post a message there for them.

They list two other phone numbers there too - have you tried calling either one of these?

https://www.koalagps.com/catalog/ now works, as from their facebook page.

"Hi there just a note that the server is down for scheduled service for 2 hours this afternoon and should be back online shortly. Thanks from Koala GPS"

I left them a note about this site on facebook. They have disabled the comments from the main page, but I pinged them on two product comments.

Guess what mate - this is their response

"Hi Ray, thank you very much for your post. I agree that client is quite upset, and rightly so. He has ordered a special transducer and requested shipment by DHL. Unfortunately DHL pickups from the USA to overseas are very painful, as DHL has a poor presence in the USA. I will agree with him that we could have been faster on the mark with communications & delivery alternatives, and we are as a company working on improving overseas contact. In the end, to resolve the situation, we abandoned pickup by DHL and simply paid for US post priority shipment ourselves. His US post tracking number, fyi, is CJ426407716US and should be uploaded in the morning. I hope this assists and feel free to contact us anytime. cheers scotty"

Were you trying to save money offering wire transfer payment?
A credit card is the only way I buy anything. Get one that offers cash back and pay in full every month. Then you get 1 to 1.5% cash back and purchase protection and the credit card company works as your advocate for free if anything goes wrong.

    guys,
I purchase often stuffs on the net, and most of the time , seller have deal for shipment with some ups/fedex/dhl/and so, you can't use your own DHL account for shipment if paid by credit card.. don't ask me why? it's a monopoly protection system well in place. if you paid via TT transfer, you can use you can collect your stuff with you own shipping company ( when you have account with them, most of the time it's 50% of the shipping cost from the seller !!) for small parts , we have often more delivery cost than the item !! crazy..
this work well without any problem most of the time, this one is the first :?:...
