DANG !!! This is a LOT like boat building

    The Dead Cow Lecture

This is the best example for paying attention that I have ever heard.

First-year students at the Purdue Vet School were attending their first anatomy class with a real dead cow. They all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet.

The professor started the class by telling them, "In Veterinary medicine it is necessary to have two important qualities as a doctor. The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the animal's body." For an example, the professor pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger in the butt of the cow, withdrew it, and stuck his finger in his mouth.

"Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students.

The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes, but eventually took turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead cow and sucking on it.

When everyone finished, the Professor looked a them and said, "The second most important quality is observation. Note: I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger. Now learn to pay attention.
Life's tough but it's even tougher if you're stupid."

Usually you get attention when you give it

Small joke in dutch: ‘‘vat geen kou boy’’

Sorry for the english speakers/readers, through the pronunciation it only works in dutch.

The small joke is: ‘‘vat geen kou boy’’ means ‘‘don't catch a cold boy’’ but the last part sounds like ‘‘cowboy’’

This also sounds funny for the dutch: ‘‘the pig stands in the brook’’ which in dutch is ‘‘het varken staat in de beek’’

The joke here is that the english pronunciation means something else in dutch, maybe Fanie will explain, I'm not going to . .

    Cheers,
    Angel

There are easier ways to build a doggie bed, Hoyte. Try just throwing a blanket over a half-inflated inner tube....:p

    Hello Hoyte,
Oh dear ! a carbon copy of you emerged
Where's the fishing rods, bicycles, guns and the other toys a boy must have ?!

Looks exactly like Hoyte when he tested that boat of his !!! For a second there I wondered why he was laying in the kid's boat... had a change of mind and kept the boat for himself instead :D

LOL. My friend's dad was very disgusted when his new grandson visited him the first time. He was looking forward to having a nice play with the kid - instead, he said, the kid just sleeps, cry and sh5t.

Nice kid Hoyte, I hope he will bring much joy into your lives. Who knows, he may even become president... and at this stage any change will be an improvement eh :D
    Congratulations and good luck...

Funny. That is what the test pilot does too.
He shows too much character and consideration of others to be president, only peeing on himself.
