I develop applications for naval architectur based, almost all of them, in AutoCAD. I have a small program that gives the table of offsets from the lines drawing drawn in AutoCAD. If you send me your body plan in AutoCAD, I´ll see what I can do.

    Delftship produces good offset tables.
When it exports a file in "Michlet" format it embeds in the file a table of offsets at equally-spaced sections and waterlines.
However, I'm not sure if the free version allows that export format.

It does. :) But of course you can also export the offsets without requiring the Michlet file, which gives you more scope for where you want your waterlines, etc.
