First thread, here we go (advice needed)

Hello fellow users, my name is Albert and I'm from the small Island Curacao.
Many may not know much about the Island but that's ok.

Boats have always been special to me which has made me interested in becoming a Boat builder / Naval Architect.

I am an active member on THT but I don't always get the correct answers for my questions.
Mostly because I don't know how to ask them.

Anyways, Hope you'll be happy seeing me on the threads and I hope I'll learn a lot from the users here too.

    Regards and tight lines,
    Albert.

Welcome to the forum, Albert; I'm sure you'll enjoy it. And if you're patient and open-minded, it's also a good place to learn. I'm no expert myself, but I've seen very few questions that someone here can't answer -- although the questioners don't always like the answers they get....:)

    Bon biní, Albert Jr.

My doctor is from Curaçao and she has told me a little about it. It sounds like a beautiful place.

I'm very patient with everything to do with boats but I have a thing sometimes for getting answers fast.
I'm very openminded too, I still need to learn the differences between epoxy, wood etc. etc..

    Heey bon bini.
Curacao is a great place to visit mostly because the 3 basic languages are Dutch, Papiamentu and English.
I could go to 4 and say that everyone talks Spanish but than it would be very broken Spanish (spanjo kibra)

I love it when I talk Papiamentu while on vacation.
Nobody understands you but they still laugh when you start laughing.
