Not really sure what this is... I acquired it from some neighbors and have been stumped as to what it is and who made it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have looked everywhere for information on this craft.

    It's a pull toy.

Tow it behind a boat for fun and injury.

It has a transom for an outboard motor under the seat though and a spot for a steering wheel and steering cables. Apparently the company that made these went out of business in 1997 so I can't find much info about them. I'm looking to sell it so I wanted as much info as possible and how much it's roughly worth if anything. I've never seen one before and can't find anything about them online so I'm assuming they are rare.

    Hi Morelia236,
It appears that you remove that cover with the handle, and place an outboard in there.
    Looks terrifying!

The company went out of business because they obviously didn't understand the importance of internet and Youtube. Not one single video of Hydrodisk in the net.

You have got to be kidding, in 1997 windows had version 2.0 or 3.1 and hardly could run to use commercially.

Oh... Yeah, right! I've missed that 1997 thing.

Back in 1997 we were still using DOS on the computers in the university. My home PC was way ahead of them - with it's futuristic, shiny Windows 95... :D :D

google translate has trouble spelling atrocities?

(edit. Hey! not fair- you fixed the spelling after I posted:p)

I think you should get it cleaned up and running just so there is a permanent record of its existence. But I'm not sure there is any other reason to do it.:D

It must have been built for the resort market. Something you can rent to any idiot and have some assurance that you'll be able to find it in 30 minutes time.

It's a bumper boat. They used to have them at amusement parks and fairs.

The hyrodisk for sale in Belgium / Holland has a 30 hp outboard.
    (2 x 30 hp) + (2 x run ups) = 1 rather large bump.
It must be more like a jet ski.
At Euro$ 2000 second hand, 15 years old, without an outboard, I am beginning to see why they went bust.
The other one is Euro$ 1500 with an outboard.
However, they do seem to be very rare indeed. Maybe that has some value.
    I think I will pass.

If you give it a scrub, and make it look nice, you should make a few quid out of it.
If you do decide to restore it, please upload a video to youtube.
It will be the first in the world online.

Forget about selling it, it's your demo.

Get it running, shoot a video of it and wait for the orders to flood in.

    I'd like 5% royalties please :)

Looks like a fugitive from one of the Florida water parks where people do fun things in the water. No!, not that kind of thing. I mean waterslides and standing surfer rides and that sort of stuff.
