    F18 crash

-Internet video & some pics from a buddy; the circle in the second pic shows the left engine with the nozzle fully open, showing that #1 engine was developing no power, and the third pic shows the effect of G force on the pilot.

It's amazing the teen is still alive . . . I understand you don't get much time to find anti-toxin after being bitten by one of those.

Still do. So are ours. I did a double-take when I saw Maitland listed, as we have a Maitland in here in Florida, as well as a Newcastle(now within Jacksonville). We have a reptile center in Deland, 37 miles from Maitland.

A headline I saw about 35 years ago in the Philadelphia Inquire "Would be **** victim, beats off attacker". No kidding . . .

Like cops, there's never a video camera when you need one. Perhaps they meant to say "attacker beats off would-be **** victim" . . .?

IIRC a few members are into bullet trailers.

I noticed this particular item in the Neiman Marcus christmas catalog- sensibly priced at $150,000.

In return for alerting said members of this bargain,I shall be delighted to assist in the decanting and sampling of the port and brandy.

Makes the recesses for coke cans in the back of my van's seats look a bit cheap . . .
