#4 from last post changes as bilge keels are the way to go.

Enjoy boats and problem solving therefore, if anyone has positive input & good counsel I can always listen to that. Btw, the last post of knocking over break walls was meant as a sarcastic remark, being "pounded to bits" has nothing to do with this design and your remarks are about competent navigation skills rather than design.

Further, do not intend, expect, or want help from the cg, the boating world would be better without them. There would be better built boats and stronger people as a result of more resposibility and wiser decisions made rather than depending on others to come save them. This is big part of the unmentioned aims of this project.

Have 8 of 20 frames up and about two days to go before starting to strip.
Did design and loft a 56' V' hull and almost started with it and one day later figured out how to place engine closer to COB and decided to go with flat bottom sharpie this time with flare for displacement reasons. Very pleased with it, should be going at it a little harder than ive been.

They are working drawings now and need to before posting. Will try to get pictures.

Yesterday bought the 4x24 belt sander from harbor freight, its 10amp and worked great until the front roller failed, they should just replace it with another.

Every time I have bought a cheap power tool I have regretted it.
Bought a cheap chine saw last year, a few more bucks would have got me a
Husqvarna. The one I bought will do the job , but basically sucks .
