Not to sure but i have a feeling the venus chopper blades will fit !! try glass craft or poly craft if you can find the agents . There also used to the a brand of shaving blades that would fit as well just had to trim the length !!
I dropped a complete gun exactly the same as that in a ribbish bag when i left nz to come to china 18 months ago . :p

Whats the rest of the unit like ??
I remember the catalst system took a little to keep on top of and set properly !!!
The resin pump never gave problems just make sure you have a good water trap and have dri air or it will freeze up OR fit a oil mister in the line to feed a little oil !:)!!

BECAUSE OF IT AGE THEY WERE A LITTLE AIR HUNGRY SO GO ON THE HIGH SIDE OF 25 CFM ! JUST A WORD THAT WILL HELP USE A 1/2 INCH AIRLINE AND FITTINGS ALL THE WAY TO THE GUN !! AIR STARVATION IS SADLY A BIG PROBLEM WITH ALL AND ANY CHOPPER GUNS . i ALWAYS HAVE AT THE GUN END AFTER THE AIR LINE IS PLUGGED ON THEN I HAVE A TEE WITH SMALLER TAKE OFFS FOR GRINDERS AND ANY OTHER AIR TOOLS YOU MIGHT HAVE . PLUS THE AIR MOVES ALONG A BIGGER AIRLINE SLOWER AND LESS CHANCE OF GETTING MOISTURE AND ICE FORMING !!:p

What would you say the smallest cfm compressor size would be.

A BRAND NEW 25 CFM COULD POSSIBLY DO BUT MAKE SURE THE HOSES ARE 1/2 TO THE MACHINE . THERE USED TO BE TWO CHOPPER MOTORS THE SMALLER DIDNT USE SO MUCH AIR BUT THE BIGGER ONE WAS HUNGRY WHEN DOING A BIG JOB !!
    :D:p
